浙江大学高分子科学与工程学系组建于1992年,坐落在风景秀丽的钱塘江边、西子湖版、老和山下、求是园中。建系20年来,“高分子化学与物理”被遴选为国家重点学科。目前学系由高分子科学、高分子复合材料和生物医用大分子三个研究所组成,致力于培养理工结合的“高分子材料科学与工程”本科生、“高分子化学与物理”和“高分子材料”硕士和博士研究生,与浙江大学化学、材料系共设学科博士后流动站。现主要研究方向为高分子合成化学、聚合物流变学、聚合物膜材料、光电功能高分子、生物医用高分子等。

一、 招聘方向
高分子成型加工、高分子化学与物理、功能高分子等方向。
二、 招聘类型及条件
(一)优秀青年人才
本研究领域同龄人中的拔尖人才,在海外知名高校取得博士学位,并有5年以上的海外学习与科研工作经历;或在国内知名高校取得博士学位,并有2年以上的海外科研工作经历;或已在国内科研院校工作,并做出突出成果者。年龄35周岁左右,全职来校工作。
应聘人员可选择常规创新师资引进,也可以依托我单位申报国家“****”计划,入选者加入浙江大学“百人计划”,按照学校政策给予学校相应的研究员(正高)职称岗位,并提供具有竞争力的研究条件和个人待遇,具体面议。
(二)外籍教师
应具有国内外知名大学博士学位,两年及以上教学或科研工作经历。在高分子成型加工、高分子化学与物理、功能高分子等方向取得显著成绩。外籍教师可选择进入事业编制,按照《浙江大学外籍教师聘用暂行办法》管理。特别优秀人员,如已在国外一流大学取得教职(助理教授以上),可以选择进入学校的“百人计划”,享受较为优厚的政策待遇。
同时,我系也招聘优秀的兼任外籍教师,年龄不得超过 70 周岁。

We sincerely invite applications for tenure-track or tenured faculty positions at all ranks in the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering (DPSE, http://polymer.zju.edu.cn/english/) at Zhejiang University (ZJU). We seek for outstanding candidates, who are working in the areas of Polymer Processing, Polymer Chemistry & Physics, and Functional Polymers (in particular biomedical polymers, polymer membranes for separation, and optoelectronic polymers).
Positions and Qualifications:
1. Full-time Faculty:
-Qualified applicants should hold a doctoral degree with a minimum of 3 years’ overseas research experience; or hold a faculty position in university or advanced research institution with outstanding achievements;
2. Part-time Faculty:
-Qualified applicants should hold tenured professorship in world-renowned universities.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidates will be expected to maintain or develop an independent research program, and to undertake undergraduate and graduate teaching. Appointments will be made under ZJU regulations. Internationally competitive salaries, start-up resources and fringe benefits are offered.
