应聘条件及相关待遇 

1.“青年百人计划”A层次(特聘副教授): 

应聘条件:年龄在35岁以下,毕业于海外著名大学或国内重点大学,获博士学位,有良好的学历背景。具有在海外知名实验室、知名研究机构、知名企业,或国内国家重点学科、国家重点实验室从事前沿科学研究的经历,并取得较好的阶段性研究成果。近五年以第一作者取得学术成果五项以上。学术成果包括在本学科高水平杂志发表高水平学术论文、申请并获得海内外高水平发明专利、主持国家级科研项目、获得省级以上学术奖励等。 

相关待遇:聘用后享受副教授学术待遇,除正常工资外,学校还提供青年百人岗位津贴10万元/年;提供周转住房一套和租房津贴,安家费2万元、购房补贴25万元;科研启动经费理工科类20万元(文科类10万元),并配备相应的实验室条件建设和科研用房等。 

2.“青年百人计划”B层次(特聘讲师): 

应聘条件:年龄在35岁以下,原则上应为毕业于海外知名大学、著名研究机构应届博士生,师从国外著名学者,具有良好的学历背景。博士阶段所从事的研究是该领域国际研究热点和学术前沿问题,在读期间已表现出优秀的研究潜质和科研能力,有已录用或在投的高水平论文或其它成果3篇/项以上。 

相关待遇:聘用后享受讲师待遇,除正常工资外,学校还提供青年百人岗位津贴6万元/年;提供周转房一套和租房津贴,安家费2万元、购房补贴15万元;科研启动经费理工科类10万元(文科类5万元),并配备相应的实验室条件建设和科研用房等。

GDUT Invites Applications and Nominations for “One-Hundred Young Talents” 

Guangdong University of Technology, located in Guangzhou, P.R.China, is a key multi-disciplinary university of Guangdong Province with a history of over 50 years. With the advantage of bordering on Hong Kong and the benefits of Guangdong’s prosperous economic development, the university’s research and competitive power has been remarkably improved in recent years and the University has become a key educational and research institution in Guangdong province in Southern China.From 2015 on, Guangdong Province is going to invest 5 billion Chinese Yuan over the following 3 years to construct 3-5 High Level Universities, and the University is successfully granted the fund by the Government as a key High Level University. 

The University comprises 19 faculties and schools, offering 85 bachelors programs. It has a full-time student population of over 44, 000 offering perse courses in its 31 PhD programs, 92 masters programs (including MBA), and 5 Post-doctoral programs. Benefiting from the economic and manufacturing power of Guangdong Province, the University interacts actively with governments, enterprises and markets to attract talents with innovative mechanisms, to retain talent with special talents recruiting policies and great sincerity. The uniqueness of the University’s talent recruiting and retaining program is its close collaboration with industry to lead talents towards market so that they can create market value while fulfilling academic value at the same time. 

Since 2011, the university has started the "One-Hundred Talents Program" and actively introduced high-end experts and leading talents based on the direction of discipline development and team building needs. To build better science and research team for “One-Hundred Talents” professors, the university has launched the "One-Hundred Young Talents" Program. Up till now, the university has introduced more than 370 young talents. Theses outstanding talents enriched various disciplines and innovation teams and further improved scientific research level of the university.

Age below 35, hold a doctoral degree(s), graduated from a famous overseas university or a National Key University, have working experiences in a well-known overseas laboratories, research institute, national key research platform and achieved satisfactory initial results; gained at least 5 academic achievements as the first author in recent five years, including high level academic papers, patents at home and abroad, host national research project and achieve academic awards over provincial level, etc. 

(2)Person specification for “One-Hundred Young Talents” Teachers 

Age below 35, hold a doctoral degree(s), graduated from a famous overseas university or a National Key University, have working experiences in a well-known overseas laboratories, research institute, national key research platform and achieved satisfactory initial results; gained at least 3 academic achievements as the first author in recent years, including high level academic papers, patents at home and abroad, host national research project and achieve academic awards over provincial level, etc. 

2. Salary and Benefits: 

(1)For “One-Hundred Young Talents” Associate Professors: Provide competitive salary packages, including¥100,000 RMB per year for subsidy; Provide a temporary apartment,¥20,000 RMB settlement allowance and¥250,000 RMB housing subsidy; Start-up R&D funding and laboratory space will also be offered. 

(2)For “One-Hundred Young Talents” Teachers: Provide competitive salary packages, including¥60,000 RMB per year for subsidy; Provide a temporary apartment,¥20,000 RMB settlement allowance and¥150,000 RMB housing subsidy; Start-up R&D funding and laboratory space will also be offered.
